There is nothing like a minty Mojito, but when it is frozen it just brings it up a notch - so good and so easy to prepare. If you can find sugar cane, serve it as a garnish for extra fun.

- 2 tablespoons agave
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, frozen in cubes
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 4 ounces white rum
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed ice
1. Put all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth, add more ice if desired.
