Frozen Mojito

There is nothing like a minty Mojito, but when it is frozen it just brings up a notch, so good and so easy to prepare. If you can find sugar cane, serve it as a garnish for extra fun.

  • Ready Time : 0 min

  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, frozen in cubes
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 ounce white rum
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed ice

Put all ingredients in blender.  Puree until smooth, add more ice if desired.
