Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups Brown sugar, packed
- 8 Eggs
- 1/3 cup vanilla extract
- 8 cups All-purpose flour
Directions
Preparation
1 Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla; mix in flour. Chill in refrigerator over night.
2 Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in the middle of the Belgi Galette (French Cookie) iron. Cook for approximately 45 seconds on each side.
