Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
  • green peppers sliced thinly
  • chopped onion
  • spaghetti sauce
  • lasagna noodles uncooked

Preparation

SAUTE PEPPERS AND ONION. SAUTE GROUND BEEF. LAYER NOODLES, MEAT , VEGETABLE AND SAUCE. FINAL LAYER OF NOODLES SHOULD BE COVERED WITH SAUCE. BE GENEROUS WITH SAUCE; IT SHOULD COME UP ABOUT HALFWAY ON THE SIDES OF THE PAN. BAKE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF, COVERED.
