Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon
  • 1 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut small
  • 2 celery sticks, cut small
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

In a soup pot, on a low flame sauté onion,celery,carrots for 10 minutes. add tomato sauce, milk, water, tomatoes and turn flame on high heat for 10 minutes. reduce flame to low and add salmon, dill, parsley, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika, cook for 10 minutes..serve!

*to make this pareve use rice milk instead of regular milk.
