This is a delicious recipe, i skin and filet my own fish that i get live, but if you buy skinless filets it will save you lots of time! i do 9 whole fish and it is 2 meals for my family of 6.

  • Cook Time : 15 min
  • Ready Time : 45 min

4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 whole fish tilapia, cod, or whatever is fresh!

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parve chicken soup powder mix
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup tap water
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Skin and filet you fish, slice the filet the long way in half, whisk eggs with 1/4 cup of tap water and pinch of salt, mix the bread crumbs with garlic powder and chicken soup powder, place in glass pyrex.
