I make something similar in the fall, but where do I find fresh figs in NJ in February? It’s such a perfect combination and always a hit at parties
OK, made with what I’ve got in the house – ground almonds,Israeli dates, goat cheese.Split the dates, put a ball of the cheese/almond on each one. Addictive. Don’t know if it will make it to the salad stage.
