Fennel & Parmesan

A sophisticated appetizer that couldn't be easier to make.

Ingredients

  • 16 slices fennel
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Preparation

  1. Drizzle fennel slices with oil. Top with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
