Fennel craisin salad


  • Ready Time : 0 min



  • 1 bulb fennel, cleaned and chopped
  • 2 small cucumbers (Israeli-small), chopped
  • ¼ cup craisins
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt and pepper


1. Place fennel, cucumbers and craisins in a small salad bowl and toss.

2. Mix olive oil and lemon juice in a cup and pour over veggies. Add the pinch of salt and pepper and toss to combine.
