Facon with Maple Syrup

Sweeten up our already amazing Facon and give it a thick coating with maple syrup. These sweetened facon strips are amazing to eat on their own, top a burger or crumble into a salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Jack’s Gourmet Facon
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

1. Lay Facon strips in an unheated skillet. Cook over medium heat until Facon becomes crispy, about 3 minutes. 

2. Flip over and cook until second side is crispy, about 2 more minutes.

3. Remove Facon from pan and remove excess grease with paper towel.

Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve with maple syrup.
