Fabulous Cookie Brownies

• 1 cup:evaporated milk
• 2 cups:miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup:semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup:sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon:salt
• 1 teaspoon:vanilla
• 1 tablespoon:butter
• 3 cups:Thin Mint cookies crushed into crumbs
• 1/2 cup:nuts (chopped)

Preparation

1. In a large microwaveable bowl combine the milk, marshmallows, chocolate chips, sugar and salt.
2. Bring to a boil in microwave. Stir well and cook in microwave an additional 2 minutes.
3. Remove the bowl from the microwave. Add butter, vanilla, and chopped nuts and mix well.
4. Add the Thin Mint cookies crumbs to mixture. Pack the mixture into a 9 in square pan.
5. Refrigerate to harden. Cut into squares. Serves 8 to 10
