Easy Honey Cake
This easy recipe calls for using coffee (it may be decaf). You may also add nuts or chocolate chips but they do fall to the bottom. It is very loose when the ingredients are mixed together, do not worry it will harden. Do not over cook it is quite moist.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup soft honey
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups Flour
- Nuts and/or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
1 Combine all ingredients and pour into a well greased and floured loaf or bundt pan.
2 Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan and serving.
Pan size: 8×8 square or 8×4 loaf pan (just comes out taller) or a regular bundt pan – all work great for an irresistible Honey Cake Recipe.
