- 1/2 head red cabbage, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preparation
1 In a large pan or pot, sauté onions on low heat, add cabbage, sugar and spices.
2 Cook on low heat for about 1/2 an hour. Enjoy.
