Easy Chocolate Cherry Fudge Cake

I use the pareve betty crocker devils food cake mix and their pareve whipped chocolate icing. you can make icing from scratch but this is amazing pareve icing!

  • Prep Time : 5 mins min
  • Cook Time : 30 mins min
  • Ready Time : 35 min

Servings

Ingredients

  • one box betty crockers parve devils food cake mix
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Directions

Preparation

1 Preheat the oven to 350
2 Beat the ingredients at low speed with electric mixer for 20 seconds
3 Increase speed for one minute
4 Pour batter into 2 nine inch pans
5 Follow the back of the box for baking instructions
6 Remove from oven when finished and apply icing after the cake has cooled to room temperature
