Dill-Lemon Tuna Salad

The tuna is just straight from the can. I recommend albacore packed in water (for taste as well as health). You can add more mayonnaise if desired-my family prefers a dryer salad.

  • Ready Time : 0 min

  • 2-6 oz. cans of albacore tuna packed in water, drained well
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. of mayo (add more if you prefer)
  • 2 capfuls of lemon juice (less if preferred)
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • Salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste

Break up the drained tuna into smaller pieces. Add mayo and lemon juice, then the herbs and spices. Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula, then adjust seasonings as needed.
