Dill-Lemon Tuna Salad
The tuna is just straight from the can. I recommend albacore packed in water (for taste as well as health). You can add more mayonnaise if desired-my family prefers a dryer salad.

Ingredients
- 2-6 oz. cans of albacore tuna packed in water, drained well
- 1-1/2 tbsp. of mayo (add more if you prefer)
- 2 capfuls of lemon juice (less if preferred)
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- Salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste
Directions
Break up the drained tuna into smaller pieces. Add mayo and lemon juice, then the herbs and spices. Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula, then adjust seasonings as needed.
