Ingredients
- 1/4 cup wheat-free tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- pinch of ground red pepper (optional)
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cwalnuts
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup hazelnuts or halved brzil nuts
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine tamari, water and pepper (if using). Add the nuts and sunflower seeds. Toss to coat. Drain in a colander and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until brown. Let cool and store in a sealed container.
