CORNMEAL-MILLET BREAD (bread machine version)

Put wet ingredients in pan of bread machine. Add dry ingredients. Process.

1 loaf

Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz. Water
  • 3 T. oil
  • 4 1/2 T honey
  • 1 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. millet
  • 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal or polenta
  • 1 T. kosher salt
  • 2 1/2 t. yeast

    What prayer do you say over this bread? Mezenot? It has wheat in it, so I’m not sure.
