Do It Yourself Hot Cocoa Mix for yourself or as a gift, make it non dairy and enjoy comforting hot chocolate anytime.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk or powdered soy milk
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Mini marshmallows for garnish, optional
Layer sugar, cocoa, milk, chocolate chips, salt, and marshmallows in a 1-quart glass jar.
To Make the Hot Cocoa:
Pour the mix into a large bowl, and mix the ingredients together. Scoop 1/3 cup of the mix into a mug, and pour 1 cup boiling water over
it. Stir until chocolate chips have melted.
