Citrus Ginger Honey

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger root
- Grated zest from 1 orange
- Grated zest from 1 lemon
Directions
Place all in a small sauce pan. Bring over medium heat until bubbling. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and pour into a jar, let cool at room temperature for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to infuse. Then refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
