Chocolate Kahlua Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 8 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kahlua, chocolate or coffee liqueur
  • 1 pint good quality chocolate ice cream

Directions

Heat heavy cream in a small pot over medium low heat until it just begins to bubble around the edge. In a medium bowl, combine corn syrup and chocolate. Pour hot cream over chocolate mixture and let sit 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and stir in kahlua.

Divide ice cream between four bowls. Top each with sauce and serve immediately.

    Hi Jamie!Thre recipe sounds delish! I heard that kosher kahlua was discontinued. Do you know where kosher kahlua can be purchased?
