Chocolate Chip Muffins
These are absolutely the best chocolate chips muffins I ever baked! And heres the cake no margarine! no machine needed!

Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips mini or reg chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup whipped cream unwhipped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients with a spoon.
In a separate bowl whisk all wet ingredients with a whisker or fork……place in 12 muffin holders {on a muffin tray} Bake for abt 15 to 18 min or until done…center should remain soft! serve at room temperature ….Enjoy!

Thanks! it really works well with milk too or soy….But I still feel that un whipped cream gives it a more soft delicious taste & texture!
