Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
For Die hard chocolatists, here's a rich, dark frosting.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a medium sized bowl with an electric mixer, beat together the confectioner’s sugar, cocoa, and butter, stating on low and increasing the speed to medium until the frosting is crumbly. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and salt, and beat on high until smooth.
