Ingredients

  • 1 bag Rice noodles cooked to al dente
  • 1 bunch Fresh baby spinach chopped
  • 1 bunch Bock choy chopped
  • 4 medium Bell peppers chopped
  • 2 medium Broccoli crowns chopped
  • 1 bag Snap peas
  • 10 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes

Preparation

Mix together soy sauce, oils, ginger, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chopped ingredients and noodles. Mix. Salt and Pepper to taste.
