Chickpea Snack
This is a great afternoon snack for kids of all ages, adjust the spices any way you like. High in protein and fiber and yummy too.

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, well drained and dried
- cooking spray
- coarse salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chickpeas on a sheet.
3 Bake 35-40 minutes shaking pan every 15 minutes or so until brown and crunchy.
4 Pour chickpeas in a large bowl, spray with more cooking spray, sprinkle with spices and toss to coat.
