Chicken Satay
This is best served with a peanu dipping sauce.

Servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon thai chile paste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 11/2 pound skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
Directions
1 Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag, seal and marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
2 Prepare grill or broiler. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Thread the chicken strips onto skewers, about 18. Place on grill or on a pan in broiler and cook for about 2 minutes per site or until done.
3 Serve with peanut sauce.
