- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In a large bowl combine brownie mix, oil, and eggs; stir with a fork until combined. Dough will be stiff. Stir in chocolate chunks and chopped white chocolate.
3 Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
4 Bake 12 minutes or until just barely set in the center. Cool 1 minute on pans. Transfer to wire racks with a metal spatula and cool completely.
5 Nutty version: Reduce both chocolates by 1/4 cup and stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts
