- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed (15-ounce)
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 ounce Processed cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions
- Place the broth, beans and salsa in blender; blend 1 min. or until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add the processed cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.
TIP: This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
