Cheese And Black Bean Soup

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed (15-ounce)
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 ounce Processed cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes


  1. Place the broth, beans and salsa in blender; blend 1 min. or until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan; cook on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add the processed cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted, stirring constantly.

TIP: This recipe can be doubled or tripled.
