Ingredients
- 12 hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons capers, rough chopped
- 1-2 shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Peel eggs and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and mash in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add rest of ingredients to yolks and stir with fork until combined well, then spoon into egg whites.
