Brussel Sprouts
Do not substitute ingredients as it will not taste the same. I have tried doing that by using onions instead of leeks and the taste was so different. Even if you think you do not like brussel sprouts, you will love this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh brussel sprouts
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 stick butter
- caraway seeds
- 1 large leek using white part and a little bit of the green
- Water
Directions
Preparation
1 Clean & slice carrots thin, clean and cut brussel sprouts in half.
2 Slice leek paper thin. Saute carrots in 1/2 stick of butter about 10 minutes.
3 Leave carrots in pan & add other 1/2 stick butter, brussel sprouts & leeks.
4 Saute altogether for another 8 to 10 minutes. Cover all with water.
5 Cover pan and simmer until water is gone. Take off stove and put in bowl and season with caraway seeds to taste.
