Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli chopped small
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/2 cup ramen noodles or crunchy noodles
  • 1 cup plain sunflower seeds
  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews

Preparation

1 Place broccoli in large bowl.
2 Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and red onion together, and pour over broccoli.
3 Add craisins, crumbled ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, and cashews.
