Brisket with Ginger Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup kosher for passover soy sauce
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 3 lbs. leftover or cooked brisket

Preparation

In saucepan combine all ingredients, except for brisket. Slowly bring temperature up to medium-low.  Remove from heat and baste over brisket as you reheat it.
