Breakfast Stack

All the balanced nutrition you need for your day, stacked in a really delicious way!

  • Prep Time : 2 minutes min
  • Cook Time : 3 minutes min
  • Ready Time : 5 min

Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Teaspoon fat-free greek yogurt
  • Handfull fresh spinach (frozen will likely work as well)
  • sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • rosemary
  • Sandwich thin or bread of your choice

Directions

Preparation

1 Heat nonstick pan on medium, add egg and cover, cooking sunny-side up style
2 Toast bread if desired
3 mix yogurt, spinach and spices in microwave-safe dish and heat 20 seconds
4 Top bread first with spinach-yogurt mixture, then with runny egg.
