Bread Stuffing or Dressing
This classic stuffing can be doctored up with your favorite flavors or just as is it is deliciously simple.

Servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 4 cups dried bread cubes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped sage, thyme, and rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- broth of choice
Directions
Preparation
1 Saute onion and celery in oil until soft. Combine with bread, pepper, eggs, salt and herbs. Mix with broth until moist.
2 Stuff in turkey and bake until temperature reaches 165F. Or bake in greasted 13×9 pan or muffin tins at 325F for 45 minutes covered. Uncover for last 10 minutes of cooking.
