Blueberry Muffin

this is the taste of a good morning. (and their freezer friendly to.)


  • Prep Time : 5 minutes min
  • Cook Time : 25minutes min
  • Ready Time : 30 min




  • 2 1/2c flour
  • 3tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2c oil
  • 1c almond milk
  • 1/4c orange juice
  • 1c fresh blueberries


Mix all together, use cup cake holders . Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. opt;garnish with granulated sugar.

    you may want to add that using fresh blueberries is not convenient, as they are VERY HARD TO CHECK FOR BUGS AND INFESTATION! i rec. bodek frozen berries as they are ready to use and no checking bh!

      I use only frozen so no checking 0-)
      If you coat the blueberries before placing with the other ingredients, they do not bleed!
      Love blueberry muffins will make it tonight and surprise the family. We are using up the opened hummitz/
