Blue Cheese Dressing

• 1 package (4oz):blue cheese, crumbled
• 1 package (3oz):cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup:mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup:half and half

Preparation

1. Reserve 1/3 cup of the crumbled blue cheese. In small mixer bowl, blend remaining blue cheese and the cream cheese on low speed.
2. Add mayonnaise and half and half; beat on medium speed until creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese.
3. Cover; chill at least 3 hrs to blend flavors. About 1-2/3 cups.
