Black Olive Tapanade

This black olive tapenade is wonderful just on bread or on my favorite Grilled Tuna Burger, if you like olives you will love this, even if you don't, give this a try.

  • ½ cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 small shallot, diced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Mix well.
