Best Broccoli Kugel
This is a Shabbos staple in my home since I've been married (28 years!). If I don't make it, my daughter will! We usually double it and make it in a lasagne pan.

Ingredients
- 20 ounce frozen chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise I use light
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- just a bit less than 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup water
- corn flake crumbs optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook or microwave broccoli until soft. Mix together with rest of ingredients. Pour into 8×8 pan. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs, if desired. Bake for 45 minutes.

Can this be made without the flour and corn flakes? My daughter can’t have either.
