Beer Bread
This goes great with a rich soup like chowder. Play around with the optional seasonings to your own taste, or leave it plain.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle of beer (may substitute hard cider instead)
- Optional additional flavorings:
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed/minced
- 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
Preparation
1 Mix everything together.
2 Pour into loaf pan
3 Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 375
