- 2 lbs. beef bones
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms any variety
- 1 cup barley
- 10 cups Water
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme
- ½ cup dry red wine

1 Put all ingredients in pressure cooker, cover, bring to pressure, cook 30 minutes.
