- 1 large or 2 medium zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Slice zucchini very thin with food processor, mandolin or just with a knife. Lay out on a large cookie sheet and mix with oil and salt and pepper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes turning after 15 and keeping a close eye after 20.
Serve plain or with this Pareve Tzatziki Sauce.

They do crisp up a bit, not like potato chips, but they are nice and are so good in the dip.
