Baked Tofu
This recipe is so easy and tasty, great if you have a vegetarian at your meal.

Ingredients
- 1 package extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic chili paste
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
Preparation
1 Cut tofu into square slabs. Place tofu in ziplock or bowl. Mix all the rest of the ingredients except sesame seeds.
2 Pour sauce over tofu, marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
3 Place marinated tofu in baking pan and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until browned, basting with sauce as needed.
4 Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

This was so delicious and easy! I would bake it a little longer so that the tofu gets crispy. So good!
