Baked Spaghetti

Grease individual ramekins, fill them with spaghetti mixture and bake. Unmold ramekins and arrange mini baked spaguettis on a platter for a more "company" dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thin spaguetti/cappellini
  • 1/4 lb. unsalted butter-softened
  • 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese-shredded
  • 16 oz. homemeade/bottled tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs/Panko
  • Baking Spray

1  Spray 13 x 9 x 2 glass baking pan

2  Par boil pasta according to package directions.

3  Drain pasta.

4  Preheat oven to: 375 F.

5  Mix pasta with butter, cheese and tomato sauce.

6  Spread mixture in baking pan. Smooth top.

7  Sprinkle top of casserole with crumbs/panko.

8  Bake 35-45 minute until casserole is bubbling and crumbs are browned.

9  Serve hot with a beautiful salad.
