If Tilapia is not available please substitute any other firm white fish like Mahi-Mahi or Haddock.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Tilapia
  • Wondra flour
  • 1/2 head shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • Salsa- Fire roasted if available
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cilantro
  • Chili Powder
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Canola Oil
  • corn tortillas

Preparation

Preparation

1 Prepare sauce first, mix 2-3 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp water, 1/2 of lime juiced, pinch salt.

2 Set aside in fridge.

3 Cut fish to fit tortillas, if necessary.

4 Mix Wondra, chili powder, salt & pepper and coat fish.

5 Fry in canola oil or bake in oven with spray.

6 Warm corn tortillas in the microwave. Add sauce to cabbage.

7 Mix in cilantro, salsa, add slice of avocado before rolling tortillas.
