This avocado salad can top anything hot dogs, burgers, burritos and more!

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 diced tomato
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1½ tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1. Peel and mash 2 avocados. Mash until desired texture is achieved, leaving some lumps.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, and leave in refrigerator, covered tightly, until serving.
