Avocado Pineapple Milkshake

You'll never find a more creamy, satisfying health shake—practically a pina colada without all the calories.

  • Ready Time : 2 min


4 servings


  • 1 fully ripened avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can pineapple (8-ounces)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice


  1. In blender container, combine avocado, milk, pineapple, sugar and salt; whirl until smooth. Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed.

  2. I actually do a lot of milshakes, maybe 4 times a week. I am always looking for new kind of. After trying this one, I can say that it was pretty delicious.
