- 1 fully-ripened avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup ice
1. In blender, combine avocado, milk, pineapple, sugar and salt; blend until smooth.
2. Add ice; whirl until ice is crushed.
