Avocado Coconut Pops

  • Chill Time : 2 hour
  • Ready Time : 2 hour, 10 min

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1 cup seeded cucumber
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

Blend avocados, cucumber, coconut milk and honey together.
Once blended, add the optional shredded coconut.
Use a spatula or spoon to combine, not the blender, so as to keep the texture of the coconut intact.
