Elevate your grilled cheese with an unexpected from your fridge: the sweet tangy flavors from Thai chili sauce.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 slices bread of your choice
- Cooking spray
1. Smear sweet chili sauce on bread. Top with a slice of cheese. Top with avocado. Top with another slice of bread.
2. Spray a sauté pan with cooking spray. Cook sandwich on the first side for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook two minutes more.
