Asian Green Beans
A fan favourite for a side dish at a Shabbat meal, easy to prepare!

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 inch minced peeled ginger root
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Coat green beans in olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and mix ginger root, honey and soy sauce. Bake for another 10-20 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your green beans).








When cooking the beans, is this being done on a cookie sheet?
I usually just put them in a pan, they tend to cook evenly if I give a stir after I take them out of the oven to put the ginger, soy and honey on them.
