Apple Kugel

This recipe is so easy to make and very tasty! I make them in cupcakes for shabbes as a sidedish!


  • Ready Time : 0 min



  • 4 medium eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanila sugar
  • 7 apples


Preheat oven on 350°F/175°C
Mix together the eggs, sugar, oil. Add flour, baking powder and vanila sugar and mix until it forms a liquid dough.
Slice or cut the apples it cubes and put them in a pyrex dish and pour the dough on the apples.
Bake for one hour or until it’s brown, check with a toothpick!

    yes u can use less apples but dont cut the recipe in half!

    I made this recipe last shabbos and the Kugel came out absolutely incredible! I used 6 apples instead of 7 and since I didn’t have vanilla sugar, I used vanilla extract mixed with plain old sugar. The results were phenomenal! Deffinately will make this recipe again. Thanks a million for sharing!
