Almond Breakfast Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
- 4 cups bread flou
- 1 tablespoon gluten flour
- 1/4 cup almond paste E (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon almond extract
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
Preparation
1 Add all the ingredients in the order listed into the bread pan. Follow the instructions for your machine. Let cool and then glaze, if desired.
2 Glaze In medium bowl, mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 to 3 tablespoons milk and ½ teaspoon almond extract. Top with sliced almonds.
3 Be sure to use almond paste, not marzipan.
