Alaskan Salmon Salad

This no cook salmon salad uses Tofutti sour cream instead of mayo, it is creamy and perfect for anyone who can't have eggs. Enjoy on bread toasts or even on a lettuce salad.

  • Ready Time : 5 min


4 Servings


  • 1 7-ounce can of Alaskan Blueback Salmon, drained
  • 1 medium/large onion, diced
  • 6 ounces of Tofutti Better than Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet pickled relish
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flakes
  • 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onion (optional)


Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
